As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. Acting in line with our values, you’ll contribute to both your own success and the success of the company.
You will:
Share your fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.
Ensure the sales floor and back of house are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
Support with opening and closing of the store.
Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

I rollen som teknisk innesäljare OEM arbetar du med att stödja vårt säljteam avseende offerter och försäljning, till av säljare definierade kunder.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Utifrån kundkrav upprätta produktspecifikationer samt prissätta produkten.

Genomföra kontraktsgenomgång och dokumentera resultat i offerter samt se till att korrekt data och leveransvillkor gällande kunden är registrerat i affärssystemet.

Verka aktivt för att prover och första serieleveranser kan bekräftas till kund samt vid behov vara drivande i frågor gällande dessa aktiviteter i affärsutvecklingen samt svara kund gällande leveransfrågor för dessa order.

Vid nya produkter tillverkade på annan enhet inom Nibe element, bevaka att kalkyl erhålls, lägga beställning för dessa produkter, bevaka att bekräftelse erhålls, bekräfta order till kund.

Fortlöpande identifiera brister och resursbehov inom befattningen samt föreslå lämpliga åtgärder i syfte att styra upp aktiviteter med avseende på effektivisering, kvalitets och / eller ekonomiska risker.

Kvalifikationer:

Språkkraven är att obehindrat hantera svenska och engelska.

Tyska och franska är meriterande. Tjänsten kräver god administrativ förmåga.

Du är en engagerad person med stort tekniskt intresse som vill utvecklas i gränslandet teknik/försäljning. Du har en positiv tilltro till din egen och teamets förmåga att lösa problem.
